These events are critical in revitalising a town centre and plans from the outset to integrate the main street is essential to create footfall to local businesses and to attract new business to the town.”

“That this Committee agrees that the Council will ensure that Monkstown/Dun Laoghaire Alcoholics Anonymous are facilitated in a community centre or library in their catchment area to hold their meetings, as they are being required to vacate their current meeting place in the crypt at Monkstown Church as it is being refurbished.”
