“That this Committee request the Chief Executive to provide public lighting, as soon as possible, along the pathway between Cherrywood Road and the Cherrywood development. It is noted that this path is used extensively by commuters to/ from the bus routes on the N11 and to/from the LUAS stations in Cherrywood.”

“That the Chief Executive installs an additional lantern on lamppost #53 along The Fairways, Woodbrook Glen, Bray so that the footpath through the park has improved public lighting, as this pathway connects The Fairways to The Grove, Woodbrook Glen, and state when this work will be done.”

“That the Chief Executive bring a report on the water quality and condition of Elm Park and Trimleston Streams, that flow through the County and enter the sea at Merrion Strand. ·         The removal of the broken glass that litters entrance points and the park and call by users of Kilbogget Park for increased public lighting to enhance public safety.”

·         The level of flooding that occurs on the paths within the Park, and attention paid to the entrance points at the Ashlawn Park and Wyattville entrances that significantly reduces its use as an amenity.”

“That the Chief Executive, in view of the petition with hundreds of signatures, agrees to trial a segregated cycle route along the coast from Blackrock to Sandycove, by creating a one-way for traffic along the coast all the way from Blackrock to Sandycove, which allows people to cycle both ways on the sea side of the road.”
