The report of the Chief Executive was NOTED. It was AGREED that Mr. Baines would discuss with the Regional Waste Office and SMART Dublin if smart bring banks could be explored as an option so bring banks can be cleared more efficiently.

“That the Chief Executive supports Rosemount Family Resource Centre in finding a permanent premises suitable to continue the fantastic activities and support services they have to offer to their catchment area. Noting the findings of the recently published Nexus report.”

In accordance with the Planning and Development (Housing) and Residential Tenancies Act 2016 Section 8 (4) & (5), Ms. Marguerite Cahill, Executive Planner, provided a presentation of the SHD application, giving an opportunity to members to get clarity on the detail of the application, outlined details of the consultations that have taken place in relation to the proposed development under sections 5 (2) and 6 (5), and outlined details of the notice issued by the Board under section 6 (7).

 

A Summary of the Members views on the proposed development was NOTED and will be forwarded to An Bord Pleanála as part of the Chief Executive's report.
