“That the Chief Executive conduct a review of signposting (including Council signposts) and other poles along Main Street Dundrum to assess their continued relevance, the state of repair of poles, and where these are no longer appropriate or needed, to arrange for their removal by the Council in the case of Council owned signs, or by the relevant state body owner.”

“To ask the Chief Executive, in relation to the Marley Park Concerts, to provide the following information:

 

• Was the firm 'Architectural Conservation Professionals' (ACP) which carried out the assessment of the Ha-Ha on behalf of the Council made aware that the Ha-Ha has stage decking placed across it each year for use by concert attendees?

• Was ACP made aware of the total number of concert attendees at each event and the duration and number of these events each year?

• Was ACP asked to consider what impact covering the Ha-Ha for use by concert attendees would have on the fabric of the Ha-Ha?”

Noting that DLR has become a partner in the All-Ireland Pollinator Plan and that planting of roundabouts is one of the suggested actions in the plan.”
