“To ask the Chief Executive to turn the public phone box on Ballinteer Avenue, at The Coach House Pub, into a Phone Box Defibrillator?

 
Noting: AED's (Automatic External Defibrillators) are so important in public places as when a person suffers a cardiac arrest, their chance of survival decreases 10% every minute that passes without CPR or Defibrillation.”
