“That the Chief Executive undertake a comprehensive review of the performance of the Dundrum Cross (Taney Road, Dundrum Bypass, Churchtown Road Upper) and the Sandyford Road, Overend Way, Wyckham Way junctions since the introduction of the one way system in Dundrum Village, reporting to the Dundrum Area Committee, the measures that have been taken to date to improve traffic flow and outlining what further measures are recommended which might include improved signage, rebalancing of lighting times to increase priority of traffic using the Dundrum bypass and realignment of the junction between the Bypass and Dundrum Cross.”

“That the Chief Executive takes measures to address “rat-running” through Leopardstown Avenue & Gardens accessing Leopardstown Road and Brewery Road including reducing the speed limit to 30kph and adding the area to the proposed Neighbourhood Traffic Management Programme.”
