SEWERAGE BLOCKAGE, ARNOLD PARK Additional documents: It was proposed by Councillor J Bailey and seconded by Councillor M Baker
“That this Area Committee asks the Chief Executive to explain why neither Irish Water nor Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council will rectify a serious sewerage blockage in Arnold Park, particularly opposite (address supplied). The sewerage pipe which is 150m long under the public road is not in private ownership. The residents have had to employ a drainage company every month to clear the blockage in the drain. A CCTV survey which was undertaken by the residents and supplied to Irish Water clearly demonstrates the problem. I now ask this Area Committee to take whatever action is necessary to rectify the problem.”
